In June 2026, LightUp Lanka convened the Kilinochchi District Tool-Piloting Workshop on Human Rights in Business and Responsible Business Conduct under the BRIDGE initiative, jointly implemented with Chrysalis and the Civil Society Organizations Forum (CSOF) Kilinochchi and funded by the European Union in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Regional entrepreneurs, MSME owners, human rights defenders and public enterprise officers examined practical frameworks for workplace dignity, gender-responsive business practices and community accountability.
