LIGHTUP LANKA · YOUR INFORMATION & YOUR CHOICES
This page explains how information is collected through the website’s enquiry, application and subscription forms.
When you send an enquiry or volunteer application, we store the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, district, interests and message. Newsletter forms store your email address. The website does not collect payment card details.
Your details help the team review and respond to enquiries, consider volunteer interests, and discuss partnerships or support. Subscribing to the update list records your interest in future communications. Other forms do not subscribe you automatically.
Authorized website administrators can view enquiry records through protected team access. Please do not include sensitive personal, medical or safeguarding information in the public enquiry forms.
Use the contact form or email lightuplanka@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or ask for its removal. The team should confirm applicable retention and handling arrangements when responding.
The website uses a necessary session cookie for secure forms and team access. Public pages request selected typefaces from Google Fonts. Administration and offline design previews use bundled font files. Published resources and professional profiles may link to external websites, where the publisher’s own privacy arrangements apply.
The website uses original activity photographs supplied by LightUp Lanka. Contact our team with a photo enquiry or removal request. See our community photo gallery.
