In November 2024, LightUp Lanka hosted a Learn to Discern (L2D) Media Literacy Training in Kilinochchi in partnership with DreamSpace Academy under the IREX Promoting Information Integrity (PRO-INFO) programme supported by USAID Sri Lanka.
Young participants learned practical techniques to identify misinformation, evaluate online sources critically, recognize manipulative digital narratives and foster responsible information-sharing within their communities.
