Across 13, 14 and 18 September 2023, LightUp Lanka founder Dinoja Navarathnarajah facilitated a series of community awareness workshops in Kilinochchi in partnership with the Centre for Equality and Justice (CEJ).
Participants explored how online hate speech and technology-facilitated sexual and gender-based violence harm women and marginalized groups, and discussed practical steps for digital safety, bystander intervention, legal awareness and community solidarity.
