LightUp Lanka supports the physical, nutritional and emotional wellbeing of families across the Northern Province through practical community health education and holistic wellness sessions.
On 8 March 2024 (International Women’s Day), our team partnered with the Light of Island Community Service Center at Ehamparam & Sathasivam Hall in Velanai to deliver a Preschool Nutrition Awareness Program and live One-Dish Healthy Meal Demonstration.
Facilitated by Dinoja Navarathnarajah and the LightUp Lanka facilitation team, the session equipped mothers and caregivers with affordable, balanced meal preparation techniques for early childhood growth.
In June 2025, LightUp Lanka hosted a Basic Pranic Healing & Super Brain Yoga Workshop at our Kanagapuram Road centre in Kilinochchi, introducing participants to stress relief, emotional balance, concentration and holistic self-care practices.
